Give in to the tastiest of temptations at La Pâtisserie

Published on in Gastronomy in Paris

Your Hotel Vice Versa team always have great ideas for tempting you to succumb to the most pleasurable of sins. Today, they want to share with you a favourite address, that of La Pâtisserie de Cyril Lignac. No frills, it's all in the taste and texture!

The gifted Cyril Lignac

A true media darling, host of numerous TV cooking shows and appreciated as much for his benevolence and his melodious southern accent as for his savoir-faire, Cyril Lignac is above all a great professional, a lover of detail and a job well done. With his friend Benoît Couvrand, they created the duo of Gourmand Croquant to launch La Pâtisserie. The two share a similar passion for quality, the precision of true savoir-faire and an inimitable generosity. These values can be found in each of the pâtisseries and each of the chocolates that you can taste in the shop on the Rue Pasteur.

Enchantment for the taste buds and the eyes

Even at first glance you will recognise the perfection of Cyril Lignac's gâteaux. The simplicity of the visual touches are sheer perfection. Each ingredient used in creating these marvels is the result of careful selection and a long-term collaboration with demanding artisans such as Minoterie Viron for flour and L'Or des Prés for dairy products. All you have to do is choose between Lignac's trademark oursons (marshmallow teddy bears coated in fine chocolate), his sublime vanilla caramel tart, his amazing Equinoxe with its vanilla cream and crunchy biscuit or the timeless éclairs, rum babas and lemon tarts. …

Give in to your cravings for indulgence during your stay at the Vice Versa Hotel by discovering the creations of Cyril Lignac at La Pâtisserie. And to stay with the theme, choose the Gourmandise (Gluttony) room from among our decors inspired by the Seven Deadly Sins and designed by Chantal Thomass!
